Talk Arabic is an independent online Arabic learning platform serving learners internationally.
All original materials made available through talkarabic.co, including website text, page layouts, visual design, graphics, logos, course descriptions, curriculum structures, worksheets, lesson materials, learning flows, source code, software components, databases, and other original content, are owned by or licensed to Talk Arabic.
These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trade mark, database, unfair competition, passing off, confidential information, and other intellectual property laws.
Independent Creation
The Talk Arabic website, brand presentation, course materials, technical implementation, source code, learning structure, and educational materials were independently created.
We maintain internal records of development, drafts, publication history, source files, design files, technical implementation, and content creation to evidence the independent creation and ownership of our materials.
Prohibited Use
Except where permitted by applicable law, you must not, without our prior written permission, copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, scrape, crawl, harvest, download, redistribute, adapt, translate, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the website or materials.
You must not copy or imitate our lesson structures, curriculum flow, website design, interface design, source code, database structure, brand name, logos, visual identity, trade dress, or learning materials; use automated tools to extract content, pricing, teacher information, course structures, student-facing materials, or other data; use our materials for a competing, commercial, educational, or training-related purpose without written permission; misrepresent any Talk Arabic material as your own or as material belonging to another person or business; or remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trade mark, attribution, or ownership notice.
Limited Personal Use
You may view the website and use materials provided to you as a student solely for your own personal, non-commercial learning purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership of any material to you. It may be suspended or revoked if these terms are breached.
Lessons, Recordings, and Learning Materials
Lessons, group communications, teacher explanations, worksheets, exercises, curriculum materials, learning plans, assessments, recordings, screenshots, and related materials are for authorised learning use only.
You must not record, screenshot, download, publish, sell, distribute, share, or commercially use any lesson, teacher interaction, student interaction, group communication, or learning material without prior written permission and, where relevant, the consent of the people involved.
Enforcement
We reserve all rights and remedies available under applicable law. Where we reasonably believe our rights have been infringed, we may take appropriate action, including takedown requests, cease-and-desist notices, platform reports, account suspension, civil claims, claims for damages, and other remedies available in the relevant jurisdiction.
No Waiver
Failure to enforce any right immediately does not waive that right. All rights are expressly reserved.
